DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a business day are typically dispatched the same or next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

UK DELIVERY

- Tracked delivery across the United Kingdom
- Typical delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- All parcels require tracking and are insured in transit

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship to selected international destinations. International orders are sent tracked and typically arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: international customers are responsible for ensuring that research compounds may be lawfully imported into their country, and for any customs duties or import taxes. Parcels refused or destroyed by customs due to local import restrictions are not eligible for refund.

PACKAGING

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the contents. Compounds are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed, sterile vials — lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Each shipment includes batch documentation, and every product is labelled "For Research Purposes Only — Not for Human Use."

STORAGE ON ARRIVAL

On delivery, store lyophilised vials refrigerated at 2–8°C away from light and moisture (or frozen for long-term storage). See the product documentation included with your order for compound-specific guidance.

TRACKING ISSUES

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days (UK) or 21 days (international), contact our support team via the Contact & Support page and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost parcels are reshipped or refunded in full — see our Refund Policy.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at cost, or refunded minus the original shipping charge.
